NHC UNISON - Northumbria Healthcare Employees

Black Members

Within our Union/UNISON there are 6 Self Organised Groups. One of these is the Black Members Group. The term “Black” is used widely to incorporate people from a range of Ethnicities and Backgrounds and, it is entirely your decision how you define your ethnicity.

Within the Northern Region of UNISON there is a Regional Forum for Black Members. As a Branch we would like to develop our own Local Self Organised Black Members Group.

If you are interested to be a part of this or just to find out more, please do not hesitate to get in touch with me. My contact details are listed below. It would be a delight to hear from you.

Estwar Sanichar (Mr),   Service Improvement Project Manager, Patient Experience Team, Education Centre,  NTGH
